Conrad Moore

Conrad Moore is a Manager at Press & Associates on the Client Engagement team having been promoted from an Senior Associate role on the Search Delivery Team. He joined Press & Associates in September of 2022 and has been working closely with our private equity clients hiring within their value creation / portfolio operations group.

Prior to joining Press & Associates, Conrad was the founding member of an internal recruitment team for a FinTech Startup called FISPAN. He successfully developed, implemented and led all recruitment engagements. Conrad managed a small team and helped scale the organization from 50 employees to 150 members in one year. He was responsible for the corporate recruitment strategy and continually exceeded recruitment and sourcing KPI’s as well as growth and retention rates.

Conrad has a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Human Resources and Leadership from Camosun College.
