Ben Share

Ben Share is the Manager, Search on the Press & Associates Search Delivery team. He joined Press & Associates in 2022 and has worked closely with clients and candidats to tailor solutions and ensure we find the right talent for the search at hand. Ben has a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of hiring technology talent across various industries, and is able to provide valuable support throughout the process, focusing on building long-term partnerships.

Prior to joining Press & Associates, Ben worked at a biotechnology company, where he focused on identifying top talent for roles across the organization. In his previous role as a consultant for Labour Relations and HR, Ben worked with companies across a wide range of industries to help them enhance their effectiveness, improve work environments, and adapt to changing business demands.

Ben has a BA from Guelph University, a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management from Seneca, and a Master's in Industrial Relations from Queens University.
