Through our hands on approach to learning, a new associate will learn the ins and outs of the executive search industry. This includes the full life cycle of the executive search process from both the candidate and client's perspective; interviewing skills, relationship management, business development, negotiation, and most importantly teamwork.
Once you gain a foundational understanding of executive search, your career advances with more autonomy, responsibility, and gravitas. As a Senior Associate your talent and enterprise interaction will increase as well as being a go-to resource for new Associates joining the business.
Relationship Management is core to our business. To do this role successfully it is integral that you have strong communication skills, expertise in all stages of the executive search process, as well as the ability to build rapport, engage, and ultimately build and grow long lasting relationships.
As part of the senior management team, Directors provide direction and strategy as well as the go to person in their chosen are of expertise. To be in this role not only do you have to be exceptional at executive search, you need to show true leadership qualities to inspire the people around you and drive continuous growth and performance for Press & Associates.
